Among them, LDC-i is NADCA-certified, and all three grades undergo ESR (Electroslag Remelting) and ultra-fine grain refinement processing.
LDC-i is tailored for mega-molds and large-scale applications, such as shock towers, side members, integrated rear floors, battery packs, and front compartment molds.
MDC-i is optimized for traditional ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) components, including cylinder blocks and powertrain housings.
SDC-i is engineered specifically to combat severe erosion or for die-casting applications with a wall thickness exceeding 10 mm.
